Most Disliked

While 50's Diner enjoys a loyal customer base, some drawbacks exist. The diner can get quite busy, especially during peak hours on weekends, leading to longer wait times for a table. This surge might deter those seeking a quick bite. Some diners reported that cash-only payments can be inconvenient, particularly for those who prefer card transactions. Lastly, while the restaurant strives for cleanliness, during rush hours the tables might not always be wiped down immediately after guests leave. Guests should plan accordingly if they prefer to avoid potential waits on bustling days.

Bomb food and service. Pancakes, steak & cheese skillet, chicken & waffles. All great

Have to love a place where you ask for a chicken salad sandwich on toasted rye and the waitress fires back without missing a beat: “all the sandwiches are on toast unless you tell us not to, light dark or marble?” They get it. Great lime rickys. Moxie ad themed decor good for New England purists.

Came here on a week day 8:30am for breakfast a local spot very vintage spot old school! Has a nice atmosphere! I got 2 eggs over easy bacon (crispy) you get home fries and I got French toast with butter and powered sugars, cup of coffee. The service was excellent my server was welcoming friendly and made sure my cup was refilled when almost empty. Will be back again. the bathroom was clean and the tables where clean in restaurant! They do lunch also but haven't tried yet only been here during breakfast time.

Food is always good! There is always a wait but it goes fast. It is definitely worth the wait IMO.

Just joined a new real estate agency in Legacy Place and was looking for a nice bite to eat. This spot is just a 5 min walk from my office and boy, they did not disappoint! I got there as soon as it opened and it was already busy! I was greeted promptly and with a smile. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, and served in no time! Coffee hit the spot, and I was ready to start my day. You won't be disappointed here. Wonderful staff, food, atmosphere, and Music. Can't wait to come back.

This place is a must visit and is considered a local staple for breakfast! The corned beef hash is out of this world. I have been coming here for years and have not had a bad thing from this establishment. My only recommendation get here early if you don't want to wait.

We were staying in the area for a hockey tournament and so glad we stumbled upon this diner for a filling and delicious breakfast! Make sure to have cash as it is cash only but I do believe they had an ATM. Prices were reasonable and you got a good amount of food. The atmosphere was everything you want in a classic diner.
